Another Home is a short film series that explores the multifaceted representations of 'home' from a lived refugee perspective.

This series is in light of Refugee Week’s 2024 theme ‘Our Home’.

If one is forced to flee their land; a land they love and have an affinity to, is the idea or physicality of home attainable? If so, what would home look like?

In this series, the definition of home is most certainly varied between interviewees; however, there are similarities that encompass a yearning towards a sense of security, safety, autonomy and freedom to live unapologetically.

We invite viewers to critically think of the challenges one would face in order to attain or embrace a memory of home, if home has been taken away.
